AUTODESK FUSION 360 AUTODESK HARDWARE TRIAL ENDING CAMPAIGN
The Autodesk Fusion 360 Hardware Trial Ending Campaign was built as a recurring campaign that sent emails to the trialers of Fusion 360. This campaign was created to segment out trailers whose campaigns were ending within seven days and send them a reminder email. The same campaign was also used to send expiration emails to trailers whose trails have ended within the past year.
In order to segment out the trailers in Marketo, the client provided us with a list of all trailers within the past two years. This was used as the basis of the segmentation. From there I was able to segment out the trailers by working alongside their Marketo data experts to find trailers who fit the criteria of trailers who had an expiration in seven days or had already expired. Both email campaigns are still currently running for Fusion 360.
